Job Summary: We are looking for skilled and motivated Fitters and Assemblers to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts, components, and automation systems based on technical drawings and specifications. You will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality builds and efficient assembly processes. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical schematics. Assemble mechanical parts and automation equipment such as conveyors, pneumatic systems, and custom machinery. Fit and align components using tools such as drills, grinders, torque wrenches, and other hand/power tools. Ensure assemblies meet quality and performance standards. Assist in testing and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies. Collaborate with other departments including design, electrical, and commissioning teams. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant trade. 2–3 years of experience in mechanical fitting and assembly (experience in automation preferred). Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Team player with a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in assembling automation systems or special purpose machines (SPM). Familiarity with ISO quality standards. Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components (added advantage).
