Component Testing: Test and troubleshoot electrical components and circuits to ensure proper functionality. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any electrical issues. Collaboration with Mechanical Assemblers: Work collaboratively with mechanical assemblers to integrate electrical and mechanical components seamlessly. Ensure effective communication and coordination to achieve overall product assembly. Electrical Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce electrical safety protocols and guidelines during the assembly process. Report any safety hazards or concerns related to electrical components. Electronic Component Handling: Handle and install electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and displays with care and precision. Ensure proper calibration and alignment of electronic components. Component Integration: Integrate electrical components with mechanical structures to create fully functional vending machines. Verify the compatibility and proper alignment of electrical and mechanical elements. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues during the assembly process. Collaborate with the production manager and engineering team to find solutions to electrical challenges. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the electrical assembly process, including any modifications or adjustments made. Document issues, resolutions, and improvements for future reference.
