Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding batch processes and creating and understanding RPL's, BP's, work orders, and executing phases. You will design and create different queries in the MOC database, as well as design and program in Aspen Production Execution Manager language & Block programming. Knowledge of APRM and batch creation will be essential. Additionally, you will apply advanced RPL sequencing to Basic Phases, build and run an Aspen Production Execution Manager Active Doc, and examine Compliance Manager Security configuration. Familiarity with the architecture of IP21, creation of new RDL's, debugging SQL Plus Queries, working on Customized Definition, and interfacing with 3rd party devices including CIM-IO will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve incidents and service requests - Provide technical and functional expertise and guidance to support analyst(s) to resolve incidents - Analyze incidents/issues, identify root cause, and implement fixes based on root cause analysis - Document resolutions for known errors and update knowledge base - Review implementation of solutions for bug fixes/enhancements and ensure adherence to Sanofi technical and quality standards and guidelines - Perform technical impact assessment due to changes (minor enhancements) - Responsible for transitioning assigned-set of applications, highlighting issues and roadblocks proactively - Responsible for complete and timely transition of new applications, including developing transition documents and deliverables - Carry out internal reviews of artefacts and onboard technical team - Document relevant SOPs and identify areas for improvement - Ensure seamless playback session of techno-functional understanding of the system by the team during transition and execution - Adhere to committed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring quality of deliverables and compliance - Propose continuous service improvement ideas and execute automation initiatives - Report to Cognizant Service Delivery Lead on overall service delivery performance of assigned-set of applications Qualification Required: - Experience of 2 to 10 years in Aspen eBRS - Strong understanding of batch processes and related technologies - Proficiency in designing and programming Aspen Production Execution Manager language & Block programming - Knowledge of APRM, IP21 architecture, SQL Plus Queries, and CIM-IO - Ability to work on Customized Definition and interface with 3rd party devices - Experience in resolving incidents, providing technical expertise, and implementing fixes based on root cause analysis - Strong documentation skills and familiarity with knowledge base management - Proven ability to review and implement solutions for bug fixes/enhancements while adhering to technical and quality standards - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the technical team and stakeholders,
