ASM (Area Sales Manager) - Building Material

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Level Area Sales Manager (ASM) from the building material industry, hardware, cement block , etc to drive sales, manage dealer/distributor networks, and expand our market presence. While this is a Remote role, preference will be given to candidates based in Orissa who has core area knowledge for effective coordination and local market handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ASM or similar role in the building material industry.
• Strong dealer/distributor network in Indore or nearby regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Candidate must be based in Orissa
