Asian Café Manager / Head Chef (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline daily café operations
• Lead and build a strong kitchen & service team
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Collaborate on menu innovation and new product ideas
• Work closely with management on scaling strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in Asian / Thai / Chinese food.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Passion for creativity, food quality, and customer satisfaction
• A long-term mindset, open to growing into larger responsibilities
• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
