A growing cloud kitchen serving up bold, flavor-packed Asian, Thai, Chinese, and Continental dishes in the heart of Goa. We’re known for our Burmese Khao Suey, Asian rice bowls, juicy burgers, fried small plates, and homemade sauces. We're now looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Set up and stock the workstation with ingredients and supplies before service. Prep ingredients by chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cook dishes according to recipes – stir-frying, sautéing, grilling, or deep frying with precision. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Clean and sanitize the workstation and equipment at the end of the shift. Assist in inventory checks and help maintain proper storage and labeling. What We're Looking For: Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices. Food handling certification preferred. Good understanding of weights, measurements, and basic kitchen math. Strong palate and attention to flavor. Efficient, organized, and able to multitask during peak hours. Clear communicator who works well with a team. Able to follow kitchen SOPs and chef instructions quickly and accurately. Comfortable working in a high-paced, delivery-driven kitchen.
