Role Description

As an ASE/ASM (Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager) for the Haryana region, you will oversee sales and business development activities in your designated area. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, expanding customer and distributor networks, and managing retailer relationships. You will develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, report performance metrics, and ensure the profitable growth of the assigned territory. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Haryana, requiring coordination with cross-functional teams to drive market growth and strengthen the brand's presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG or Ayurvedic product categories.
  • Strong team management, leadership, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Create and follow route plan and beat plan.
  • Develop new markets, appoint new distributors
  • Identify and manage parallel distribution channels.
  • Promote the brand and create good will in the market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an ASM
  • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region.
  • A willingness to travel as necessary regionally with clarity adaptable multi-marketing.
