Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on
IBM AS400 platform
using
COBOL
.
Perform
analysis, coding, testing, and implementation
of business requirements.
Collaborate with
business analysts and technical teams
to ensure smooth delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve
production issues
within SLA timelines.
Prepare and maintain
technical documentation
and adhere to compliance standards.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
AS400 (iSeries)
and
COBOL programming
.
Knowledge of
CL programs, DB2/400, and RPG
is a plus.
Familiarity with
batch processing and job scheduling
.
Good understanding of
insurance/BFSI domain
.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in
migration or modernization projects
.
Exposure to
Agile methodology
and
DevOps tools
.
