Job Description

Expert knowledge of IBM i / System i5 / AS400 systems, with an emphasis on the following languages and toolsets: RPGIV/RPG free; CL; IBMi OS; SQL; ROBOT; source/deployment control tools such as Aldon Lm(i)/Rocket DevOps or equivalent; MS Visio; MS Office tools Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. Manhattan WMi/PkMS) is a plus Knowledge of SQL Server Report Service (SSRS) or Web API/Web Services development a plus Experience with and comfort using analytical tools such as Hawkeye/Pathfinder, DBU, DB2 performance tools, X-Analysis, etc or equivalent Previous experience with retail systems and Supply Chain solutions is preferred Knowledge of and ability to put into practice Agile methodologies; experience working in an Agile environment is preferred Ability to undertake systems analysis and programming assignments as request by manager; and multitask and effectively track and report status of multiple deliverables as priorities evolve Ability to work effectively with business unit and Technology partners in a collaborative setting System and application analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively document applications and processes Effective and self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability and desire to learn and share knowledge on an ongoing basis
