Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the AS/400 platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using AS/400 RPG.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot existing applications to enhance functionality and performance.
• Maintain documentation for software development processes and application architecture.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to AS/400 and RPG development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AS/400 RPG programming.
