Knowledge and experience of RPGLE, DB2/400, ILE Concept, CLLE
Team Management and Team Building--Ability to form, build and manage effective teams.• Relationship Management--Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.

: Extensive client handling experienceOnsite offshore coordinationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCommercial Banking and Payments domain experience is a plus

: Maintaining, managing and monitoring as well as development of existing application on webservices, WebSphere, DB2, IBM workflow
