Job Description

Coordinating with incoming and in-process inspection
Carrying out external agency testing as per the plan for RM
Verifying hose and fitting inspection reports / test certificates / MTCs on a daily basis
SAP inspection updating / stock posting
Verifying lab testing records on a daily basis
Conducting process / product audits as per schedule
Preparing monthly supplier PPM reports; following up on supplier rejection NCRs / CAPAs
Creating nonconformance reports for RM, fittings, and hoses if not meeting the specifications / drawings requirements
Maintaining records as per AS requirements
Verifying incoming inspection records / testing records on a daily basis
Preparing Level 3 and Level 4 documents in line with AS requirements
Compiling performance reports and other statistical data to ensure compliance with specified processes
