Job Description:
Aruba ClearPass Management: Configure, deploy, and optimize ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), OnGuard, and Guest access solutions.• Network Access Control (NAC): Design and implement 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, TACACS+, and other access control mechanisms.• Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices.• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide L3-level support for ClearPass issues, resolving complex authentication and network access problems.• Integration: Work with other security and network solutions, including firewalls, switches, and wireless controllers (Aruba, Cisco, etc.)• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts for automation and reporting related to network access control.• Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams.• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure smooth integration of network systems across both entities involved in the merger.• Support and optimize ClearPass infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. Conduct troubleshooting and performance tuning for ClearPass solutions.• Provide technical documentation and training to internal teams. Work in close coordination with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.• Assist in post-integration support and optimization of the network environment.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience integrating ClearPass with third-party solutions like Cisco Client, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.• Knowledge of cloud-based NAC and security solutions.• Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principlesComments for Suppliers:

Essential Job Functions:

Essential Skills:
• Strong understanding of 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SAML, and PKI authentication methods.• Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass features, including Guest, OnGuard, Profiling, and Posture assessment.• Proficiency in networking concepts: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash (preferred).• Aruba certifications like ACCP (Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional) or ACMP (Aruba Certified Mobility Professional) are highly desirable.• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
