Artwork Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute artwork activities as per project requirements.
2. Support development for dossier submissions and variation filings.
3. Create cutter guides in line with packaging/printing requirements.
4. Manage shed cards with proper documentation and records.
5. Design and develop promotional artworks.
6. Coordinate and follow up with vendors for new or existing LSD.
7. Prepare invoices for printing material in coordination with the concerned department.
8. Review and approve vendor PDFs for accuracy and compliance.
9. Maintain approved shed cards and ensure proper handover to vendors.
10. Address and resolve queries related to printing and artwork.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of packaging artwork and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for dossier submissions and variation filings.
• Attention to detail with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Vendor management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in

  Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Pharmacy / Printing Technology

  or equivalent.
• 24 years of experience in artwork designing, preferably in the pharmaceutical / FMCG industry.
