Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

About the Role:

Senior GenAI & Agentic AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:

• Architect, prototype, and deploy

  agentic AI systems

  capable of reasoning, planning, memory, and self-refinement.
• Fine-tune and deploy

  LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral)

  for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation.
• Integrate

  multi-modal models

  (e.g., vision-language, speech-text) for richer agent interactions.

• Autonomy & Task Execution:

• Build AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms (e.g., APIs, browsers, CLIs).
• Develop agent memory, reflection, and context-awareness mechanisms.

• Tooling & Frameworks:

• Work with and contribute to agent frameworks like

  LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, MetaGPT, OpenAgents

  , or custom-built systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost using techniques like

  LoRA, RAG, distillation, and quantization

• Collaboration & Leadership:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-develop AI-first features and applications.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and help guide technical direction.

• Ethics & Safety:
