Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing AI/ML solutions to automate data quality issues, specifically using GenAI libraries. Working in Chandigarh or Bangalore in a Full-Time (Hybrid Mode) position, you will collaborate closely with the AI team to create, optimize, and deploy intelligent applications. Your main responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code, handling large data sets for analysis, and automating data quality processes such as normalization, validation, and standardization at scale. You will also build and integrate GenAI-based features, develop APIs, pipelines, and backend services for AI applications, and optimize the performance of AI inference and data workflows. Collaboration with data scientists and frontend teams will be essential to improve data quality using AI technologies. The required skills for this role include strong Python programming skills (minimum 3 years), hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks, solid knowledge of APIs and web integration for scalable deployments, expertise in data manipulation for quality assurance, and familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases. Proficiency in version control (Git) and debugging practices is also necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with domain knowledge in Revenue intelligence Accounts and Contacts data, experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and previous work on chatbots, RAG systems, or multi-agent frameworks. The ideal candidate should be able to join the organization within 1-4 weeks.
