Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 7 years of professional experience to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions that impact our business and customers. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to transform AI concepts into production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines and AI systems
• Build, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
• Optimize model performance and implement techniques for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and process large-scale datasets
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development
• Troubleshoot and debug complex AI systems in production environments
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies
• Document technical solutions and create training materials for team members
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical design discussions
• Work on both greenfield projects and enhance existing AI systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP concepts
• Experience building and deploying models in production environments
• Proficiency with data processing tools and libraries (pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for ML deployment
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, model serving platforms)
• Experience with computer vision or NLP applications
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
• Published research papers or contributions to open-source ML projects
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Python, SQL, (Java/C++ is a plus)
