1. Solution Design:

   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, gather requirements, and architect end-to-end AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

2. Algorithm Development:

   Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models, algorithms, and frameworks to solve complex problems.

3. Data Processing:

   Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high-quality model input.

4. Model Training & Evaluation:

   Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models using large datasets and appropriate metrics.

5. Infrastructure & Tools:

   Design AI infrastructure, select frameworks/libraries, and ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

6. Prototyping & POCs:

   Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate AI solution feasibility.

7. Technical Leadership:

   Provide mentorship and guidance to AI teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.

8. Research & Innovation:

   Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; contribute to strategic AI initiatives.

9. Deployment & Integration:

   Lead production deployment of AI solutions and integrate them with existing workflows.

10. Performance Optimization:

    Optimize AI models and pipelines for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

11. Documentation:

    Create detailed technical documentation including design specs, architecture diagrams, and code annotations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. in AI/ML is a plus).
• Proven experience as an

  AI Engineer

  with successful AI solution implementation.
• Hands-on experience with:
  

• Streamlit (Python)

• Hugging Face, OpenAI, and custom model development

• Strong programming skills in
