Article Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed industry and company research to support valuation engagements.

· Assist in building robust financial models for both public and private entities.

· Support the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports and presentations.

· Participate in the valuation of complex securities, intangible assets, and other financial instruments.

· Apply various valuation methodologies including DCF, market multiples, and asset-based approaches.

· Contribute to valuations related to startups, IPOs, M&A transactions, private equity, and tax compliance.

· Collaborate with senior analysts on live projects and client deliverables.

· Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and valuation best practices.

Preferred skill sets:

· Strong analytical skills

· Proficiency in Excel

· Keen interest in valuation

· Excellent communication and research abilities

· Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

· Familiarity with financial modeling is considered an added advantage
