Article Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and reporting, offering a strong foundation in finance and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Excel-based financial models.
• Assist in analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Support in drafting and preparing valuation reports.
• Learn and apply valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF).
• Provide assistance in basic accounting and financial analysis tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be registered as an Article Assistant with ICAI/ICMAI.
• Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling).
• Basic knowledge of Accounts and financial statements.
• Good understanding of valuation report basics.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
