About Scapia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual execution for Scapia's outdoor, print, and brand assets, ensuring every piece meets the highest design and production standards.
• Translate creative briefs into visually striking and brand-consistent communication, from concept sketches to final artwork.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaign systems that scale across media.
• Drive craft excellence in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
• Oversee photo shoots, mock-ups, and production, ensuring meticulous quality control in final deliverables.
• Partner with print, fabrication, and production vendors to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
• Build, refine, and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all Scapia touchpoints.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of precision and creativity.
• Continuously stay updated on design trends, printing innovations, and material finishes to push the brand's creative boundaries.
  

What We're Looking For

• 58 years of agency-side experience in art direction or brand design, with a proven body of work in print, outdoor, and branding.
• Strong understanding of brand systems and campaign execution across multiple media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Good grasp of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to bring ideas to life is a big plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into polished, production-ready visuals.
