Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art & Craft Teacher to inspire and nurture students' artistic talents. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and craftwork, and a passion for teaching children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement art and craft lessons that align with the curriculum and age group.
Teach various techniques such as drawing, painting, origami, collage, paper-mâché, clay modeling, etc.
Foster a creative and encouraging classroom environment.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records.
Organize art exhibitions, craft fairs, or student showcases.
Maintain art supplies and manage resources within the budget.
Encourage students to express themselves through art.
Integrate art into other subjects or school-wide activities.
Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in art and craft education.
Ensure student safety and classroom discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
Proven experience as an Art/Craft teacher or similar role.
Strong portfolio of personal or student artwork.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,594.59 - ₹33,815.13 per month
