Job Description: To oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the pre-primary curriculum, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. The Pre-Primary Coordinator acts as a mentor and leader to the pre-primary teaching staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and child care. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Child Psychology. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or early years education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/coordinator role. Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and curriculum frameworks.
