Job Title: Art, Craft, Music, and Dance Teacher Location: SDPS International School Lalitpur Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher for Art, Craft, Music, and Dance to nurture students’ artistic talents and encourage their interest in visual and performing arts. The ideal candidate will engage students through innovative teaching methods and help them develop their artistic and creative skills. Key Responsibilities:Art & Craft: Teach drawing, painting, sketching, and other visual art forms. Organize hands-on craft activities like origami, clay modeling, DIY art, etc. Conduct exhibitions and decorate the school for events. Develop students’ creativity and imagination. Music: Teach vocal and instrumental music (Indian/Western as per curriculum). Prepare students for group and solo performances. Organize music activities for school assemblies and events. Dance: Teach classical, folk, and contemporary dance forms. Choreograph performances for school programs and competitions. Encourage self-expression and rhythm among students. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts / Performing Arts / Music / Dance. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a student-friendly approach. Ability to plan and execute school events and performances. Preferred: Experience in inter-school competitions, exhibitions, and event organization. Familiarity with art/music software or audio systems (for music/dance).
