We are hiring for a Luxury Bathware & Lighting Company, offering a wide range of premium bathroom and lighting solutions including faucets, showers, shower enclosures, sanitary ware, flushing systems, wellness products, concealed cisterns, water heaters, and designer lighting products.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle Post-Sales Services in the assigned territory, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide post-sales service support to customers in the assigned region.
Manage and develop the ASP (Authorized Service Partner) network.
Ensure timely and high-quality warranty service delivery.
Maintain proactive customer care and relationship management with project clients.
Drive PMC (Preventive Maintenance Contract) sales targets and ensure quality in service execution.

Education & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience in Lighting or Electrical industry preferred.
Strong understanding of technical service operations and customer support processes.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing quality service experiences
