Area Service In-Charge

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the upkeep of service centers. Additionally, you will need to liaise with store managers and the sales team to ensure smooth service operations. Your main goal will be to guarantee customer satisfaction in order to prevent any escalation of issues. It will also be your duty to motivate and manage a team of service center and care center personnel. You will be held accountable for the delivery of service and will need to mentor and counsel engineers as and when necessary. Furthermore, you will have to manage the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services and control costs/expenses within the given guidelines. Ensuring an adequate amount of manpower to handle all customer calls will also fall under your responsibilities. You will be required to provide necessary skills and training to team members based on their needs and identified gaps. It will be crucial to ensure that care center personnel work together cohesively to support walk-in customers.
