Area Service Executive (ASE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor ASO teams for productivity, beat plan adherence, and coverage.
  
• Review dashboards (Sparc/other tools) for NTS, Red/Amber stores, and pending tickets.
  
• Allocate tasks daily and ensure efficient route planning.
  
• Conduct

  regular field visits

  to underperforming or escalated stores.
• Handle store escalations directly and ensure timely closure.
  
• Coordinate daily with the Portfolio Manager and maintain operational trackers.
  

Travel Requirement

• 70-80% on-field travel

  within the assigned territory.
• Daily visits to multiple stores to review service quality and ongoing tasks.
  
• Travel across cities/towns within the state as per issue priority and escalations.
  
• Must be comfortable managing distributed teams and handling on-ground challenges.
  

Who Should Apply

• 3+ years of experience in

  fiber installation/service delivery/field operations

  .
• Strong experience managing a large territory and field personnel.
  
• Ability to analyze data, manage escalations, and drive results on the ground.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
  
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.

Language Proficiency:

English- Read, Write, Speak
