Area Sales Officer

Wiser Foods (Impex) LLP is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Officer – Wholesale & HoReCa to grow sales of our frozen and imported food products across wholesale markets, hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering businesses. The role focuses on business development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales across Wholesale distributors and HoReCa clients
• Identify and onboard new wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and caterers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory
• Promote company’s frozen foods, imported foods products
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with sales coordination, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding receivables
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
• Conduct regular market visits and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Represent Wiser Foods at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
• Company mainly deals in vietnamese basa fish, spring roll sheet, and other frozen poultry and dough products

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in Wholesale and/or HoReCa sales (food, frozen foods, FMCG preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills
• Good understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and HoReCa requirements
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Experience in imported or frozen food products will be an added advantage

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and performance-linked, as per industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,143.23 - ₹40,062.63 per month
