Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Executive (HORECA) to lead sales operations, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the HORECA sector, proven sales skills, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new clients in the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, QSRs, cafés). Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to recommend growth strategies. Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and supply agreements. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Represent Wiser Foods at trade shows, food exhibitions, and networking events. Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 3 –6 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector, preferably in food & beverages or FMCG. Understanding of frozen and processed food supply chains is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and territories simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Strong leadership and team management skills.
