Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales operations across the GT Karnal region.
Build and manage dealer & retailer networks.
Drive product placement and ensure availability at key agri counters.
Conduct field visits, demo plots, and harvesting meetings with farmers.
Monitor competitor activity and provide weekly ground-level feedback.
Coordinate with marketing and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the vegetable seed industry.
Strong grip on Karnal's agricultural landscape, crop seasons, and retail network.
Proficiency in local language and ability to communicate with farmers effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively in the region.
