Area Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aluminium Doors & Windows in Ernakulam and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and dealers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical/product solutions.
• Conduct market visits to track competitors, upcoming projects, and customer trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
• Handle inquiries from customers, digital platforms, and walk-ins with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales service.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Civil/Mechanical (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials (Aluminium, uPVC, Glass, Doors & Windows, or related).
• Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors in the Ernakulam region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
