Key Responsibilities (Brief):

Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned area.
Lead, train, and monitor Medical Representatives (MRs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct field visits, meetings, CMEs, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and submit sales reports.
Coordinate with RSM, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of pharma sales, MS Office, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel within the territory
