Face Recognition Apps, Weapon Detection Systems, AI Video Analytics, and Smart Surveillance Tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow

    CCTV dealer network

    (target 400500 dealers).
  • Drive sales for

    AI-based Face Recognition App

    & CCTV solutions.
  • Appoint new distributors, SI (System Integrators), and channel partners.
  • Conduct product demos, dealer meets, and training sessions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, regional distributors & partners.
  • Understand competition, pricing models, and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, support, and onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum

    5+ years

    in CCTV / Security Surveillance channel sales.
  • Existing network of

    400500+ CCTV dealers

    (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience selling:
  • CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR
  • Biometric/Access Control
  • AI-based security solutions
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently & deliver results.
  • Tech-savvy, able to explain apps/software functioning.
