Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers to achieve disbursement targets for Small Business Loans in the assigned area.
Identify and develop channel partners (DSAs, Connectors, etc.) to drive business growth.
Manage the lead pipeline, ensure proper sourcing, and monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for customer onboarding and disbursement.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the sales team.
Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure quality of sourcing to maintain NPAs within limits.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Provide regular MIS and updates to senior management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
48 years of experience in MSME lending, unsecured business loans, or similar products
Strong understanding of financial documents and credit assessment
Excellent team management and leadership skills
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Monthly disbursement targets
Portfolio quality (NPA levels)
Channel activation and productivity
Team performance and retention
TAT compliance
