Job Description: Location: Madurai/Trichy Specific Responsibilities: 1) Meet and exceed sales budget for all segments and verticals 2) Manage and grow the distribution network in the assigned territory and segments 3) Manage and cement the Key account relationship in the territory 4) Lead and nurture the project and high value opportunities and keep CRM with all stake holders 5) Create and pursue specific opportunities in Government segment 6) Track the sales progress on daily, weekly, monthly basis by using tools like salesforce CRM and periodical reviews with distributors. 7) Provide market updates including competition activities and order losses 8) Collect outstanding dues as per the timelines and follow up the overdue outstanding. 9) Understanding the business in terms of Sales / Strategy and execution. 10) Travel frequently to all areas while being efficient and effective on expenses Specific competencies: 1) Ability to handle distribution business 2) Complete geographical knowledge of assigned territory 3) Managerial competencies, communication skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills. 4) Resilience, adaptive, travelling flair are pre-requisites. 5) Calculative for profitability and outstanding acumen. 6) Flair to handle high value businesses 7) Coordination with seniors, colleagues and technical team. 8) All Hospitals/Nursing Homes/Health Institutes/Doctors and other potential customers in assigned territory.
