*Role Summary*
As an Area Manager, you will be the key link between our store teams and head office functions, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the customer experience across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across COCO & franchise stores
Drive sales, VM excellence, SOP adherence & staff productivity
Liaison with mall management, landlords & franchise partners
Align store execution with HO teams Merchandising, Marketing, HR & IT
Identify & evaluate new store opportunities
Track competition & gather market insights for strategy refinement
? What We're Looking For:
Graduate/MBA with 610 years of experience in multi-store retail operations (fashion/apparel preferred)
Strong in people management, problem-solving & franchise coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
