Job Responsibilities

  • Exceed or achieve annual revenue target for all Irillic products.
  • Drive market penetration across Pvt, Corporate & Govt Accounts.
  • Develop & maintain a detailed understanding of customer stakeholders and purchase processes in accounts.
  • Build long-term business plans for customer accounts.
  • Proactively plan and respond to competitor activities.
  • Identify, select, and manage channel partners; conduct timely performance reviews.
  • Engage with customers and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing teams for strategizing & executing Conferences, CMEs, and related customer/clinical programs.
  • Ensure monthly linearity in orders and revenue, along with timely payment collection.
  • Maintain and utilize market information effectively in CRM tools.
  • Deliver organizational goals in the assigned territory through direct and indirect teams, while creating sustainable long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Science/Engineering or Masters in Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market needs with ability to map them to organizational offerings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Technical and clinical understanding of MedTech solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with strong executive presence.

Experience

  • 7–8 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales, preferably in the surgical equipment segment, working either directly with parent companies or distributors.
  • Hands-on experience with Electrosurgical Units and Laparoscopy Camera Systems is highly preferred.
