Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing professional with over 10 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing UPVC doors & windows Sales in the assigned area while providing support in operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets. - Tapping direct Clients and leveraging your Sales expertise in Project Sales by engaging with Architects, Builders, and Contractors for Lead Generation of assigned areas. - Cultivating positive relationships with New & Existing Project partners to drive recommendations of our products to clients. - Finalizing orders by delivering exceptional sales experiences to clients. - Addressing client queries, clarifying technical and non-technical project aspects, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Participating in regular training sessions organized by the company to enhance understanding of our product's technical aspects. - Developing and implementing Business Opportunities strategies. - Balancing focus on both Retail & Project Sales. - Managing Key Accounts effectively. - Executing all promotional activities. - Planning and achieving assigned sales and collection targets. Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a focus on UPVC doors & windows. - Educational background: MBA in Marketing / Any Graduate. - Result-oriented mindset on a daily/monthly basis. - Proficiency in English and Local Language with a presentable demeanor. - Prior experience in visiting Project Sales & Private Sectors. - Proactive and self-driven approach. - Strong Market Knowledge of the specific Zone.
