Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager who has strong experience in appointing distributors, developing franchisees, and expanding business networks. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales and expansion targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and appoint new distributors and franchise partners in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through market research, field visits, references, and business networking.
• Approach potential distributors/franchisees and explain the business model, investment, benefits, and revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, franchisees, and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support partners throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop and execute strategies for territory expansion and market penetration.
• Monitor distributor/franchisee performance and provide necessary support.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, distributor appointment, and territory expansion targets.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, training, and operational support.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, distributor appointments, and sales performance.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, distributor development, franchise development, or channel sales.
• Candidates with a proven track record of creating distributors/franchisees and expanding territories will be preferred.

• Number of new distributors/franchisees appointed.
• Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
• Lead-to-conversion ratio.
• Territory expansion.
• Distributor/franchisee retention and performance.
• Revenue generated from the assigned area.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
