Area Sales Manager - Cycles

As a data-driven, performance-focused digital marketer at Cure.Fit for the Cult.Fit fitness services vertical, your role will involve executing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing across digital platforms. You should have hands-on experience with various Ad platforms and related tools to be successful in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategize, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other performance channels. - Utilize insight-driven approaches for media strategy and planning. - Identify trends & insights using 1st & 3rd party data and tools to optimize media budgets and enhance media efficiency. - Stay updated on Google Ads algorithms, Meta Ads Platform, feature releases, and industry best practices. - Set measurable KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost, Conversion Rates, CTR, etc. - Optimize creatives and ad sets across platforms for high efficiency. - Report campaign results, funnel trends, and projections. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing. - Strong knowledge of campaign management across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, etc. - Understanding of attribution models, MMP/campaign tracking tools (AppsFlyer/Branch, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.). - Experience in digital marketing for a web-based business is a plus. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data handling. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
