Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our dental implants sales team in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, UP, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the dental industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including dental surgeons and corporate institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of dental implants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as BDS or Dentistry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle key accounts.
Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with clients.
Ability to travel within assigned territories and manage business independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in acquisition skills and focus on target audience.
Good Communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle key accounts and manage geographically.
Minimum 2 years work experience in the Medical Dental Industry/experience in selling medical equipment.
