Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced ASM for Baroda region to lead field sales, manage dealer/distributor networks, and drive revenue growth in laminates and veneer products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and expand the dealer network in Baroda and nearby regions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build relationships with architects and interior designers
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategic actions
• Guide and support junior sales team members

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in laminates, veneer, or building material industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and market knowledge
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Baroda
• Two-wheeler and local travel readiness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
