Job Profile: Area Sales Manager Job Description: Hiring candidates for Area Sales Manager with a prestigious Pharma sales company. Locations: Ghaziabad, NCR, Chennai Salary : 35-40k per Annum Experience : 3-5 years Key Responsibilities: Generate sales through institutional channels, including Government, Military, and private hospitals. Identify and appoint distributors and dealers in major pharma markets within the assigned area. Strive to achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Qualifications: Any Graduation Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Pharma sales, specifically within Third-Party Manufactures & Trading companies. Proven success in institutional sales, with a strong understanding of the pharma market. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships. Results-oriented mind-set with the ability to work towards and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
