Dealer Network Expansion Continuously grow and support the dealer network to ensure wide product reach and sustainable business relationships. Revenue Growth Being from the same sector, you must be able to drive consistent sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Market Penetration Strategically position Daltech’s product portfolio to capture new opportunities in all different industries; for example: pharma, food, laser, metal, manufacturing etc. Candidate must approach his current connections to excel in the 1 st three months to showcase potential of past experience. Key OEM’s & Consultants – Build strong engagement with compressor OEM persons, Consultants, End-users, and key accounts to generate long-term business. Dealer Retention – Maintain high levels of satisfaction through timely support, effective communication, and relationship-building. Dealer & Team Training – Provide product and sales training to dealers and support teams to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness in promoting Daltech solutions. Manager Visits, Promotional Activities & Seminars-Schemes – Execute a week visit every 60-days for HQ manager to meet Dealers and high profile clients/consultants, Yearly seminars for dealer engagement, to push sales and meet targets. Regional Travel & Visits – Conduct planned visits to dealers, consultants, and customers across the Bangalore region for business development and relationship management. Reporting & MIS – Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights; regularly update management with actionable data to support decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Candidates from Air Compressor companies like Kaeser, Atlas, Chicago pneumatic, Compair, Gardner denver, FS-Curtis, Comptech, Anest Iwata, Elgi, will be preffered.
