Roles & Responsibilities: Dealer Onboarding & Network Expansion Identify, qualify, and appoint new dealers in untapped regions. Ensure completion of documentation, system registration, and initial training. Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for key dealer accounts. Resolve issues, provide updates, and build rapport through regular interaction. Sales Support & Enablement Coordinate product demos, pricing, and technical support with internal teams. Share leads and assist dealers in deal closures. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor dealer performance against monthly targets. Share insights with the leadership and suggest corrective actions. Training & Engagement Organize training sessions on product knowledge and new launches. Drive loyalty through recognition and incentive programs. Preferred candidate profile: Someone who has and knows below things: No gaps in career history. Has not been hoping to new jobs every 2 years. Understand Relationship Building and onboarding of dealers. Maintain dealer profile database with updated contact and compliance details. Collect customer feedback via dealers and share insights with the marketing team. Collaborate with logistics for order follow-up and dispatch coordination.
