Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

To drive sales growth by appointing dealers and retailers, generating leads, building strong market presence, and supporting channel partners with product knowledge, sales support, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market scanning, cold calling, and lead generation to expand customer base.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company profile, product range, and technical aspects of uPVC windows.
• Drive sales of uPVC windows while providing support to dealers, fabricators, and retailers.
• Engage with prospective customers and represent the company at all levels.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customers, including dealers, retailers, builders, architects, government officials, and end-users.
• Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent visibility in the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or building materials industry.
• Prior experience in uPVC windows, construction materials, or related field will be an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of uPVC windows / building materials industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for database management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
