Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and retailer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding control.
• Plan and implement promotional activities, schemes, and product launches.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and marketing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
