Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HORECA channel. Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, and institutional kitchens. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. Manage distributor and stockist networks to ensure product availability and timely supply. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities in target outlets. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy accordingly. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits effectively. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management. Must-Have Requirements: Proven experience (2-5 years) in HORECA sales, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or hospitality-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage field operations. Proficiency in using MS Office and basic reporting tools. Candidates should have prior work experience in the following territories Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir Good-to-Have: Experience working with premium or niche food brands. Knowledge of regional languages in addition to Hindi and English. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
