Area Sales Executive for male candidate

We are looking Sales Man for our company Shyam Steels for various locations Cooch Behar, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri and Lower Assam (Bongaigaon) having minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience as Sales Man Executive in roofing sheet/Building Materials industry. Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets in the designated region.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and distribution of our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals

· Have in-depth knowledge of roofing sheet types (e.g., GI, PPGI, color coated sheets, etc.), thicknesses, and applications

· Collect market feedback and share insights with management to support continuous improvement in sales strategies, customer service, and product offerings.

· Coordinate with customers for timely delivery and after-sales support

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in roofing sheet/ Building Material sales industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of constructions material, market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer behaviour.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
