Area Operation Manager-Rajahmundry

Responsibilities:

Job description:-

• Ensure thorough review and clearance of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications and disbursal requests.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal checklists, policies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Central Operations Team to book complete disbursal cases on the internal loan origination system (OMNI FIN).
• Coordinate with Branch Credit and Sales Teams to ensure timely submission of post-disbursal documents (OTC – PDD), credit files, and original property papers within defined TAT.

• Accurately maintain loan data
• Prepare operational reports and ensure resolution of audit queries in a timely manner.

• Provide operational assistance to Credit and Sales Teams.
• Deliver process training to team members to ensure adherence and efficiency.
• Review and update SOPs promptly upon any process changes.

• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership insights.
• Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
