1) Meet the existing customers on regular basis for service feedback.
2) Visit and do surprise checks in both day and night shift to ensure quality services.
3) Ensure timely attendance, billing and collection.
4) Control budgets for security operations and monitor unit expenses.
5) Recruit, train and supervise security officers, Supervisors Guards and Supervisors.
6) Maintain authorize strength at all sites for smooth operations.
7) Conduct regular training at sites to per the SOP.
8) Visit assigned sites and resolve any issues.
9) Investigate and resolve issues. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and crisis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
